Continuous learning loops result in improved outcome measures. On an Outcome
Measure-level, ambitions can be defined. Outcomes can be measured and compared
with the ambition.

Information Technology systems that allow for better cost allocations are evolving.
• Currently, specialized IT solutions that improve
the efficiency of cost allocation processes are
evolving.
• TDABC Pilots: map the processes that are
supported by value added activities in the care
delivery value chain.Time and costs can
subsequently be ascribed.

Meaningful Patient Involvement Overview of aspects of patient perspective that can be taken into account: • Patient perceptions • Council membership • Apps / IT involvement • Communication towards patients • Ways of providing information Try to involve the patient on every level. Surveys, keeping diaries, involvement in councils/teams. Input from patients is very valuable as patients are the customers of care.
