2. RECENT WORK HISTORY
Self Employed – Consulting executive at Growth companies
Leading the transition from mom & pop to systems oriented management. Developed sales teams and plan which were
non-existent. Established activity based costing for financial visibility including operations in 6 countries.
Spearheading the restructuring of European operations suffering large losses at time of engagement. Installing
Functional Organization Hierarchy with lines of command and communications along with motivational management
tools
President & Director, 01/2013 to 04/2014
Omni SCM, LLC – Golden, CO
Omni purchased assets of Bonsource. Continued early stage growth at 250% per year with no cash needed.
Built operations infrastructure in several new countries. Doubled the number of active clients.
I continued the project of building this company with nearly 100% client satisfaction single-handedly from scratch until I
resigned due to irreconcilable differences between ownership and management.
President & Director, 01/2009 to 12/2012
Bonsource International – Gibsonia PA
I brought my new business idea & plan to owner and we started this company. We created a means for small &
medium sized clients to share an infrastructure of worldwide offices to act as their global supply chain & engineering
department. Established clients in 20 countries and large factory database in 15 countries. Instead of buying and
selling products and services, we acted as client's employees for a success-based, cost-plus fee. Everything was
open-book. This shifted to Omni with sale of company, which I arranged, to establish proper capitalization.
Senior Vice President, (Initially consultant) 10/2007 to 12/2008
Mooreco, Inc. – Temple TX
This was a short-term position to clean up inventory, service levels and the Asia supply chain, including China
manufacturing Joint Venture. Reduced Inventory from 18 million to 12 million while increasing service levels.
Established ISO quality system at joint venture factory and eliminating constant QC headaches and cost. Revamped
and established dependable & repeatable factory supply chain performance by establish hands-on management
methodology to reduce factory errors and mistakes due to cultural, language, distance and lack of oversight.
Chief Operating Officer, (Initially Consultant) 02/2004 to 06/2007
Rafco Brickform – Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Initially started as value building consultant for preparation to be acquired. Cleaned up accounting and removed non-
value-added expenses with activity-based costing. Took over management. Increased revenues with aggressive sales
planning, new products development and foreign business expansion including opening up JV for EU sales in Italy.
Participated in offer to buy company and the offer from Private Equity Group including my participation was
accepted. The sale collapsed in due diligence as the real estate bubble burst and new housing starts disappeared
during this process.
