We are the umbrella organization for more than 165 mentoring programs across the state of Massachusetts. If they need training, technical assistance, networking, advocacy, recruitment support and resources- we provide it! Our work with mentoring programs results in the formation of hundreds of constructive and supportive mentoring relationships each year. Our statewide mentor recruitment campaigns and partnership development efforts help to identify hundreds of potential mentors for programs each year.
