  • 4.  Executive Summary  Sets forth the themes in the report; intended uses of the report; and a summary of the baseline recommendations for all institutions  Key Findings  Survey results and research findings  Recommendations  3 subsections: Cross-sectional, Active Shooter, Sexual Violence recommendations  Appendices  Comparative charts to show the progress since 2008, path forward for continued growth,and potential cost impacts Essential Sections of the Report 4
