This document discusses using the social bookmarking site Delicious for knowledge creation and sharing bookmarks. It proposes that teachers could use Delicious to: 1) Bookmark web content relevant for their courses and tag it to describe the content. 2) Students could then copy the teacher's bookmarks and tags to build their own personal learning environments. 3) Tags allow content to be searched and discovered by other users, with more popular bookmarks receiving more tags.
