2. FAIR PLAY STATUTE BOOK
1.Good knowledge of rules equals respect for referee decisions.
2.Proud of winning, we don’t mock the rivals.
3.We accept failure with dignity and congratulate rivals.
4.Proud of winning and faithful when lost a match, we defend out team’s honor.
5.We don’t disgrace our club by negative actions.
6.We encourage everyone to play sports.
7.No tolerance for racism during matches.
8.We support other teams and welcome foreigners.
9.We stop bad emotions and create a nice atmosphere.
10.We oppose a negative attitude for fair play.

3. SUPPORTERS’ ANTHEM
1. We rush with an eagle on our chests,
we never give up ,
Always try very hard ,
and we believe we’ll never lose!
Chorus: You must know that on Euro,
only victory counts,
we own courage and bravery,

2. We, the Poles, are able to

4. Aggression
Aggression- (latin aggresio – an attack)
Types of aggression:
hostile a.- aim to hurt people
instrumental a.- intimidation, removing rivals, pro-social a.- defensive, protecting social
business; induced a.; delayed a.; transferred a.; autoimmunity and passive a.
It is not important what aggression we deal with, one thing is sure- it is not good to
communicate. Thanks to our studies we learn that aggressive actions harm many people.
We should teach friends and parents that it is not good to be aggressive. We want
everyone talking and solving problems. We remember that anger does not bring good
results and respect.

5. Rasism-
-it is about people who are not equal and some races are better than different races. We
call it racial discrimination when we discriminate because of different skin color, place
where people were born or their religion. Racists want other people closed from
them, exterminated sometimes. Racists do not think other people are same good. They do
not let them into shops, restaurants and always shout at them and laugh.
Art.257- People who in public
insult or attack people with
different skin color or
different religion may be taken
to prison for 3 years.
Legal situation in Poland
Ustawa z dnia 6.06.1997r. Kodeks
Karny (Dz.U. z 1997r. Nr88,poz.553):
Art.256- People who are fascists and
ask other people to do the same
because others are of different religion
or skin color and should be punished
may be taken to prison for 2 years.

6. Xenophobia-
-it is aversion, anger
and fear of
foreigners. It is when
people believe in
stereotypes about
other nations.
Xenophobia is
connected with
everything from
abroad not only
people.
Poland is a homogeneous country. We are not very tolerant like countries in the west.
Other countries are multicultural and their history is full of different nationalities. Not
like Poland. Polish people do not like different nationalities and they sometimes
despise them. They think they are the best in everything and their country is the best.
Moreover, older people do not like different nations more than young people. Young
men and women travel abroad and meet many people. They know the behavior. We
should teach everyone to change their behavior and learn from the young people!

7. Our project was about aggression in sport. We
made a questionnaire for students and parents.
The questionnaire was about using swearwords
by parents and children who watch football
matches. Here are the results:
The first question:
79 parents said they use swearwords when
they watch football matches. 66 children
confirmed this. We have two conclusions: 1)
children are used to swearwords so much
they do not hear them anymore. It is
disturbing. This is problem of children and
adults too. 2) Children do not recognize
swearwords anymore. They do not think
some words are swearings. They and their
friends often use them and do not think they
are wrong.

8. The second question
68 said their children use swearwords
while watching football matches. The
result is similar to what children said. 53
kids said the say bad words then.
Parents know there is problem. Children
do not understand some words they use.
The only use it because they friends use
them. Many parents hear bad words and
react but children sometimes do not
know what they say. This is problem and
parents must talk to kids about it.

9. The third question
47 parents know they children swear when they are talking with friends. 84
students in our school admit this. That is more than parents. Maybe not all
parents know, maybe they do not want to say they know. We do not know why
our results are different this much. Some parents say their children do not use
swearing at school, only at home. Well, dear parents, it is not true. Our
questionnaire shows that children do not pay attention to what they say. They
sometimes do not know what they say too. You, adults, must talk with
children, explain things and say they must stop using swear words.

10. KSZO OSTROWIEC
Many of our friends are KSZO
supporters and they tell us how
they do it. People know them
because their pyrotechnical
shows are popular. They also
are vandals.
In contrast to western clubs, KSZO supporters do not obey rules, destroy
stadiums and their club’s image. Watching KSZOs football matches live is not fun
anymore for many families..KSZO supporters shout invectives and swear a lot.
There are many racist slogans.
Maybe new generation changes in the future. We hope they will support the team
fair. We want supporters to be better and not offensive. New generation of
supporters will not destroy seats and will sing nice songs for the team.

11. CHELSEA LONDON Unfortunately when they fight this
Ex-representative of Chelsea is very dangerous. They do not
supporters, S.H. (asked not to write his go to hospitals, maybe because
name) told us about supporting his team. they do not want police know.
We learnt about their rules and what they Chelsea supporters do not
cannot do when they have no approval from damage the stadium because it
their leader. Chelsea supporters cannot costs a lot of money for their
meet different team supporters to fight when clubs. In Poland it is different.
they want. Everything must be prepared by S.H. said that in the beginning
the leader. supporters think it is bad idea but
now they think this rule is good.
Whole families come to football
matches and they all sing song.
This way they support their team.

12. Interviews and analysis
We learnt about two football clubs. We wanted to see
differences. We had interview with Chelsea supporter and
KSZO supporters. It was our aim in the project.
Both Chelsea and KSZO supporters have “agreements”
and “war” with other clubs. They often fight. We talked about
our results and see the reason they fight is anger when they
clubs lose. Sometimes it is because their peers fight. They
want to be in same group, feel part of team. Rivalry is feature
everyone has. We cannot cut people from it. It is positive and
sometimes negative. With football supporters it is difficult
because they do not have force to change the match result
and they are angry. This is bad rivalry. They feel humiliated
and hopless. When they fight, they feel strong like they can
change their clubs image. They feel their club is most
important and strongest.
