The Y3 Mosaic Sundial was an artwork created for Arts Week 2009. It featured a circular mosaic design laid into the ground that told the time of day based on the position of the sun's shadow. The sundial was meant to be an interactive public art installation that allowed visitors to experience how sundials work in an engaging way.
