Software solutions
CoLOS
CoLOS Pallet Track
Establishes unique pallet identity needed for tracking
pallet movement through your supply chain processes.
It allows you to:
- Automatically handle all types of pallets (full, partial,
multiple stack and exceptions).
- Generate or use customer supplied SSCC/LPN codes to
identify each pallet with a unique code.
- Identify pallets from multiple palletizer lines and manage
the queue from palletizer to label applicator.
- Report in real time the printed SSCC codes to the host and
generate reports of pallets produced.
CoLOS Enterprise
Networks and operates multiple printers
through the factory and
provides a powerful data management
system. It allows you to:
- Centrally manage a unique base of
messages and labels on a secured server.
- Connect to your enterprise database or
directly import data from the ERP system.
- Secure the selection of data to print by
reducing human input, automating tasks
and coordinating the start of multiple
printers for a production batch.
CoLOS Insite
Extends CoLOS Enterprise for advanced
integration and reporting. It allows

complement our coding equipment. CoLOS software is compatible with all Markem-Imaje printers allowing
customers to link, manage and operate all printers throughout the plant.
Equipped with a .NET platform and compatible with all Markem-Imaje printers, CoLOS 5 is an upgradeable
software suite covering a broad range of needs from message creation to management of pallet traceability
applications. It allows for the management of coding data, printer control and as well as task automation during
production. Its architecture allows it to be easily integrated into the customer’s existing production facility.
Markem-Imaje specialists support their customers throughout the project: initial assessment of requirements,
implementation and follow-up of the solution, with regular updates.
