Teaching PDHPE in Primary Schools is important
so that children learn skills that will be invaluable
to them all throughout the course of their lives.
PDHPE teaches students how to:

health and well-being in regards to balanced eating
and nutrition.

activity including sports and dance and
understand why it is important to maintain
an active lifestyle.

what makes a good relationship.

understand what options are available for
them to seek help if they need it.
