Most people agree that good health is one of the most important things a person could have. When you are healthy, you can enjoy life more fully.

Good health helps you think clearly and get along with others at school.Good health keeps your body working properly so you can enjoy your play.Good health helps you look and feel your best.

Learning about health is important because you are making more and more decisions about your own health. For example, you might decide what to eat for lunch or do after school .
