ocassions..Meditation is a practice to
train attention and awareness, as
well as to achieve a mentally clear
and emotionally calm and stable
state.
Have you ever heard of
meditation? Do you know
what meditation is? Its aim is to reduce
stress, anxiety, and to
increase peace, self-
concept and well-being.
What is it used for?
Yes, many times. It was
thanks to my teachers
that I discovered about
this technique

BODY SCAN MEDITATION
I felt as if I were
floating. It was amazing

What I found most challenging
was to forget was to switch my
mind off. Hoever, once I got it, I
was easy to listen to my body.

All my worries and
concerns disappeared for
a moment, and I felt
pretty relaxed
