3. Childhood: Anne Frank moved totheNetherlandswhenshe was3. Shesoonstartedkindergarden, and became bestfriendswithHanelliGoslar, whichwasalso forcedtomovefor safety. Anne Frank was a very intelligentgirl, shelikedtotalka lot as well, so she didn´treallypayattention in class.
4. HerDiary: Onher 13th birthday, Anne Frank got a diary as herbirthdaypresent, shewasveryexitedsince shecouldn´t open up toanyone, becauseshewas hidingin herdad´sattic. Theseare thefirstwordsshewrote: I hope I shall be able to confide in you completely, as I have never been able to do in anyone before, and I hope that you will be a great support and comfort to me. Whichisnowpublished.
9. Theconcentration camp: Anne Frank lived in a concentracion camp for 7 Months. Sheworkedreallyhardand most of her chores includedmakingbulletsfortheGerman choppingled… Shehadverylittletoeat, a bowl of soup a day and one cup of blackcoffeea day. Shealsogotoneloaf of bread for 8 days. There wereno showers in theconcentration camp, and peoplehadtoqueueforagestowashtheirclothes.
10. Herdeath: Anne Frank diedon12th March1945, of typhus in Bergen-Belsenconcentrationcamp, Twoweeksafterherdeath, itwastheendfor the Nazis, and everyJewwas set free. Nowthereis amuseumtoconmemorateher in theNetherlands.It’stheoldatticwhereshelived. Sheisnowburied withhersister in Bergen-Besel.
