Do you want to improve your content on Facebook to help pro-
mote a product, service or business?
Here are some quick tips to help you develop a ‘Content Strategy
for Facebook‘.
1. Keep it simple. Keep it Short.
People are busy. Shorter posts lead to greater engagement and
interaction. People are more likely to share or like your post if
they are short. So don’t waffle okay!
2. Picture this……Photo’s, Videos, Inspiring
Quotes. Do I have your attention?
Good, well you will have the attention of your readers if you use
photo’s, videos, quotes. Too much text is boring. You know that!
3. Interact with Your Audience
Post questions and ask for opinions. Get them engaged with your
Facebook page.
4. Use a CALL TO ACTION
Use phrases in your posts such as ‘CLICK HERE’, ‘LIKE’ &
‘SHARE’. Tell them what you would like them to do. Then they
might just do what you ask.
5. Reward your likers
Provide an incentive for your fans to hang out at your Facebook
page. Give them rewards such as Special Facebook Offers, deals
and other perks.
6. Post Consistently
If you are going to use Facebook, use it consistently. At least dai-
ly. You want to stay in your customers / fans minds and news
feeds. You need to post regularly. The more you use Facebook,
the better you get at writing posts. Practice and post consistently.
