Responsibilities:
- Mentoring four younger undergrads.
- Creating technical report of the 14 educational games and MILLEE framework in J2ME.
- Creating data-analysis library for the logs generated by our educational games.
Achievements:
- Created an efficient Logging architecture, which generated easy to analyze logs.
- Got 14 different cell-phone games from prototype stage to deployment stage. The games are deployed in
four Affordable Private Schools of Hyderabad and 250 students play it regularly.
MILLEE [May-July ‘10]

Responsibilities:
- Designing and prototyping 3 educational games and field-testing them.
Achievements:
- Got an introduction to the theoretical, technological, and methodological issues underlying research in
educational videogames.
- Got an opportunity to work as the Build Manager.
- Got offer for an internship at CMU, Pittsburgh.
Rural Internship [December ’09]

We worked for one month with Shree Devidas Vividh Vikaslakshi Trust in Kunvarla village. We approached tribes
living distant to the village and worked for the education of their children.
2. Projects
SMS Notification For Webmail [Jan-April’11]

The aim of the project is to develop a third party application which gave SMS notification functionality for
services like E-mail, Calendar and Tasks in Zimbra Collaboration Suite. I lead the team. I designed system-
architecture of our web application and was in the main programming force of the project.
Agriculture Resources Database [July – Dec ’10]

We created an Agriculture Resource Database from scratch. We started from Requirements gathering and
Analysis and moved towards E-R Model, Relational Model, and Normalizations to form a very robust database
back-end for an agriculture resource management web application.

Mobile Immersive Learning for Literacy in Emerging Economies [Feb’10-present]

Responsibilities
- Design, prototype and deploy game-based learning techniques for second-language acquisition on mobile
phones.
- Analyze results to improve game designs for iterative game-learning studies.
Achievements
- Deployed over 16 educational cell-phone games.
- Participated in a usability field-study and a formative field-study.
