Hello everyone!
You know me, so if you do not mind, I will skip the part where I am introducing myself.
The topic of my presentation is “Team Coaching”. It is the perplexing topic. Do you know why? Yes, because the object is people. Someone says it is easier to control the space station than to manage people.
Having chosen the topic, I desire to immerse yourselves into the topic and to help you be attuned to:
purposes and significance of team coaching;
diversity of themes that should be covered;
challenges coaches could bump into;
essence of team building;
team coaching in terms of IT industry;
and, the last but not least, some good practices for team coaching.
