SHIP AGENCY
Handling inbound and outbound formalities of your vessels, securing bathing
space, arranging pilot to quay side, boarding by port health immigration, custom
rummaging, obtaining NIMASA provisional/ permanent registration, processing
NPA/NIMASA cargo dues, boarding by NIMASA cabotage enforcement officers.
Processing temporary importation and processing bond through customs for
foreign cabotage vessels as follows:

TWP/ TRANSIT VISA FOR EXPATRIATE CREW
When vessel arrive Nigeria the passport of those crew staying behind to work will
be taken to Abuja for TWP visa, those leaving will be given transit visa.
MEET AND GREET
Meet and greet on arrival is the assistance for fast transit to and from vessels for
the crew assistance with accommodation, mobility, flight booking, assistance with
immigration service and lots more.
LANDING PERMIT
A latter will be sent to controller general of immigration for landing permit,
processing landing permit for crew members on-board for incoming vessels.
SEA FREIGHT AND AIR FREIGHT CUSTOM CLEARANCE
 We manage the proactive clearing and forwarding activities of
containerized or break bulk cargo. Making arrangement with overseas
customs brokers to ensure that the goods and documentation comply with
Nigerian customs regulation.

5.  Obtain a PFI (Proforma invoice) Submission of Form M attach marine
insurance certificate, SONCAP etc.
 Form M approval from Nigeria bank with a generated form M number and
BA number.
 Transmission of approved Form M number to supplier for immediate cargo
loading on board vessel as well as issuance of bill of lading as evidence of
contract of shipment, commercial invoice, actual packing list and CCVO
(combined certificate and value of origin)
VESSEL AND FPSO TANK CLEANING
- Visual examination of tanks and environment
- Opening of tank
- Degassing of tank
- Confined space entering with appropriate apparatus
- Removal of debris from tank
- Depositing of debris to the appropriate place
- Closing of tank
- Issuing of fit for service certificate
OCEAN FREIGHT & AIRFREIGHT:
- We act as consolidator for international freight companies in Nigeria

6. LAND TRANSPORTATION:
We are strongly affiliated with some reliable fleet operators to ensure the
transportation of your shipment with sound trucks and insured against any loss,
for the safe delivery of our shipment.
It is the policy of the company that road safety must be embraced and enshrined
in all our operations so as to ensure the safety of life and property.
As such the following precepts apply to all our transport arrangement:
1. There shall be no night journey or interstate movement beyond 7.00pm
2. All loaded consignment must be well fastened and tack to ensure it hold
the items firmly and strongly.
3. The overall mechanical capacity and reliability must be duly checked to
make sure that the vehicle can achieve the target delivery under optimum
and harsh condition when encountered.
4. There shall be no form of intoxication or strong medication while or before
driving and the use of cell phone sow absolutely prohibited while driving.

9. INTRODUCTION TO CASHES:
the regulations of this CASHES policy are to ensure that all works is carried out
safely so as to minimize the risk of health or injury to persons on or off the work
site and of damage to equipment and to reduce the effect of pollution in the area
of operation or place of delivery. Any related risk of long term health hazards or
damage to the environment shall be guarded against. Management and staff of
MAJOREK VENTURES NIGERIA LTD shall remain exclusively responsible for
ensuring that works is carried out in a safe manner.
Various indices to access the result of CASHES activities we will establish and use
to assist in our CASHES performance. We shall, at all times, provide adequate
supervision for the work force in the port of clearance and continuously monitor
the suitability and safe working conditions of all our staff and the consignments
being handled.
All unsafe acts and situations must are observed, corrected and reported to
MAJOREK VENTURES NIGERIA LTD management for records. Preventive measure
is employed to adhere to safety of staff and materials in the clearing and
discharge process where necessary. The policy is not just to satisfy our system,
but is meant to be a way of life. All operational efficiency depends on it.

10. CASHES POLICY
It is the philosophy of MAJOREK VENTURES that accidents/injuries are
preventable and therefore unacceptable in our operations. MAJOREK VENTURES
shall therefore integrate safety into our business and we vigorously pursue all
accident prevention programmers through our well structured and effective
CASHES systems. We also ensure that the minimal impact our activities have on
the environment remains minimal.
MAJOREK VENTURES activities will therefore organized, planned and executed in
such a manners as to
- projects and promotes the health of its work force as well as the conduct of
its activities in such a manner not to adversely affect any third party (host
community inclusive)
- maintain cordial relationship with the host community during deliver and
where necessary
- Avoid injury to any worker, sub-contractor or third party that are involved

examination of cargoes. Loading and offloading.

11. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY
All operations of MAJOREK VENTURES shall be planned and executed in such as
way as to minimize any adverse effects or impact on the environment.
Such approach includes proper disposal of waste after clearance careful handling
of toxic material to avoid spills, studying and implementing the Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS).
responsible parties shall be notified on waste generated in the course of our
operation so as to be collected, handled, treated or disposed of in an
environmentally sound manner and with due consideration of the properties of
such waste.
MAJOREK VENTURES shall continue to promote and encourage plans, activities
and programs aimed at environmental preservation and protection.

12. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH POLICY
All MAJOREK VENTURES staff encourages going for routine quarterly checks to
make sure they are of sound health.
It is our intention to maintain insurance against any liability that may result in the
event of any personnel suffering occupational disease or any impairment to
health.
Drugs/alchohol additions are not being allowed among staff during operation and
staff is advice to regulate alcohol consumption. Further, any staff caught taking
alcohol in the course of discharge of his duty would be dismissed immediately.
First Aid Box must be provided for field operations. Records of medications,
accidents or injuries treated must be documented
