5. The 118th Public School of Tbilisi is functioning since 1895. The opening of which is a huge contribution to the
spreading community of Liza Tsimmadze. The school was originally hosted by several students in one room of Solomon
Beritashvili's house and was four years old. Because of the increase of the number of pupils, the school moved to
Basilidze's house, headed by Mirian Dolidze, and then Akaki Pochkhua and Bichiko Simonia. In 1950 the construction
of the metal constructs was built in Avchala, where the inhabited area was called "Zemka", where the new 118th school
was built in 1954, which was appointed by Ipolite Beradze. Afterwards, school directors were: Frida Koboshvili, Pavle
Kuloshvili, Temur Javakhia, Gia Lapachi, Givi Otarashvili, Giuli Zirktbilasvili, who contributed greatly to the
development and advancement of the school. In 2007 the School Board of Trustees first conducted the School
Elections and unanimously chaired the school Director Nodar Sherazadishvili. According to the information of today's
day, the school directory is Giuli Shengelia.

6. Since the establishment of the school has never betrayed its traditions and their own handwriting, hence it is always
among the most advanced. The school is proud of its successful graduates who continue to work in different fields
of science. These are: Nana and Nato Gaprindashvili, Nana and Ilia Amiranashvili, Inga Narimanidze, Vakhtang
Kurtskhalia, Niko Kachakhidze, Inga Sinjikashvili, World and Olympic champions: Zarbeg Beruashvili and Leri
Khabelov, Honored Sportsmen; Ia Tkebuchava, Giorgi Papashvili, Nino Kvaratskhelia and many others.
Our school has great responsibilities in the reform system, so every new innovation or instantaneous response is
answered instantly. I had a slogan: "Our school is a temple of knowledge," which really appreciated me. This is the
power of the pedagogical collective and it does not want energy. The quality of learning and teaching improved in
the school, improving the learning environment and at the same time strengthened the despplina. So the result was
not too late: the first round of the 2008-2009 National Olympiad of the Olympic Games was successfully passed
by the torrent student and the second one - two. The students were awarded with the first degree diploma - four
pupils. One student of Charles Educational Tours was awarded with the first degree certificates and was awarded
with a personal computer. Our schoolchildren have achieved significant success in different types of sport and art,
both in urban and international competitions, as well as on folklore festival and exhibitions.

7. The school also successfully participated in the competitions set up under the "Deer Leap" project, which was
awarded with three, I, II and III degree diplomas. Photo cameras and other necessary inventory were handed over to
him. In 2009 the school was named by Bakur Sulakauri Publishing House. Among the ten best schools in Tbilisi and
was awarded five hundred Georgian Encyclopedia.
The school is focused on increasing the academic knowledge of the students. School students have achieved great
success in this regard. In 2008-2009, two graduates were awarded with silver medal, while in 2009-2010 academic
year one gold and six silver medals. As for the national exams, 42-year graduates from 2008-2009 took part in it. 970
successfully crossed the minimum competence limit, grant received 21 pupils, out of which 100, 70, and 50 percent
twelve. The 2009-2010 academic year exams were awarded to 44 graduates of which 980 successfully passed the
minimum coefficient margin. The grant was received by sixteen pupils, out of which 100, 70, and 50 percent were
seven.

8. The school is strong with its composition and high professionalism. The school has a presidential scholar - Maia
Verdzeuli. Teachers of Ketevan Javakhia, Tamar Tabuashvili, Nani Butikashvili, Khatuna Gogelidze and Nino
Beritashvili have succeeded in successful teachers' certification exams. Khatuna Gogelidze belongs to the
mentor-teacher status. At present, there are three teachers in the school seeking admission.
The school is distinguished with its own material-technical base, has a well-organized heating system, water-
sewerage, modern open and closed sports grounds, power supply, library 54000 bookstore with funding,
modern computer lab, subject cabinets, dancing mirrors, continuously repairing the interior of the building.
