7. WORKING WITH TOOLBARS
1. Viewing Toolbars
- Move the mouse pointer to view option and check.
- Point to toolbar.
- Move the mouse pointer going to the right and clicked the desired
tools.
2. Hiding Toolbars
- Move the mouse pointer to view option and check.
- Point to toolbar.
- Remove the check symbol from the tools that is not needed by
clicking the mouse pointer.
“Different Ways of Viewing”
Normal View – is used for typing, editing and formatting text.
Online Layout Views – display the document weapons the left side of
your document. This made it easier to make from or position of your
document.
Page Layout View – display the layout of the document as it looks
when printed.
Master document View – is used for working without log document
which as book with several characteristic.
Full Screen – hides the others part of the word screen to give the user
as better and bigger view of the current document.
Zoom Change – the magnification of the document screen.
Print Preview – allows the user to view on screen the printed vision
of the document.
Windows Arrange View – display the entire open document.
