6. Customer review “Well let me see. We bought this TV for my job to replace a smaller crappier TV. Picture quality is great even though we don't have HD channels. Really what is most impressive is the ability for the unit to plug and play external hard drives directly. Really you can watch movies straight from the hard drive with no media players like the WD media players(Best on the market). There will be more to follow when we try more of the features. “

7. Customer review “First of all let me say that this is an excellent not 3D Led TV. Picture quality is magnificent, color very accurate. I have just receive it and saw Avatar, and looked extremely well. So I put 5 stars to the product and amazon service, but be aware!!!!. If your carrier is Home Direct be Aware and don't accept it. First of all the delivery took more than 2 weeks, I had to make several calls for arrangements. Then the box came broken and TV seem to be fine, but when turned the TV on it had a small scratch in the middle and there was white on that area!!!. So I talked to amazon and warned them about Home Direct, and without hesitation amazon took the responsibility and made the change. The second time carreir was CEVA. It took 3 days to arrive and without any problem changed TVS. They are very professional. Im very happy with this buy and with the service of Amazon just be aware of Home Direct carrier.”
