Working for Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd from August 2012 till the present time as a LTE
Optimization Specialist and reporting to the managed services department, based in Saudi Arabia
Mobily Project. Mobily is the first network operator to launch LTE 4G service in the Middle East
region; with more than 1000 e-NodeBs, 2 HSSs, 2 MMEs, 2 UGWs and more than 100K subscribers
within less than a year. Tasks Included:
Responsible for LTE end-to-end network performance KPIs and maintaining them on daily basis and
directly engaging with customer queries and issues on 24/7 online and on-call support especially on
