Simply Shanti Meditation (SSM) is a meditation practice developed by Acharya Girish Jha to help individuals evolve and help others evolve through inner transformation. SSM uses simple practices and programs to cultivate inner peace, happiness, and success in personal, professional, and social life. It is a progressive program with five levels and various stages within each level to guide participants from learning to transformation. The goal of SSM is to help individuals discover their inner peace and evolve by living from their inner being rather than being influenced by external forces.
