This is the permission slip
that was filled out by myself
and the person that will be
acting in my advertisements.
This has to be completed so
that I legally have signed
permission to use the
personnel in my footage.
Here we can see that they
have signed and agreed to
be published with my content
3. This is the location
release form that I am
going to be using to
show where and
when I will be
shooting footage. As
we can see it has
been signed and
dated as permission .
This is necessary as
without this I wouldn’t
be able to collect
footage or photos on
a premises without
permission from the
occupier.
4. This is another location
sheet that presents the
times of day I will be
shooting and where it
will be shot. Some of
the forms details are
missing in this scenario
due to not needing
parking or
soundscapes.
5. This is my resources list that I
a going to need when doing my
radio and print advertisements.
I have shown what I need and
where I will be able to get them
from and if I have obtained the
equipment's already.
6. This is my personnel list which only
includes my one model and voice actor
as that is all I will be including in my
product. It has their phone number and
their role on so that the agent
understands what they are doing and
how to contact them.
7. This is the risk assessment that I filled out for myself
and my actor. It show any hazards and the risk of them
occurring. It is signed and also has details showing who
it may effect. For example tripping over wires or
potential injury. This is important as it protects and
prevents people from injury in the work place.
8. Schedules
I am hoping to try and start my production phase from the
5th of December. This is when I will take my photos and
hopefully record my audio
During the following Monday I will then take some extra
shots to experiments with my photos
During the next few days, I will then begin to edit my
photos on photoshop, and edit my radio advert on audition
pro.
In the final week I will then finalize my radio and print
advertisements.

9. Setting This is some of the
places that I would
like to film in. I want
to have somewhere
that people would
relate to such as a
smoke shelter,
however a studio to
take some other
shots in.
10. equipment
I am going to be using cameras and
lighting from the college. The camera I
will be using is a canon 1200 D to take
my photos. I feel like these are the
best cameras as they have good
quality compared to older and more
expensive cameras.
I will also be using box
lighting as seen in
professional photoshoots
, I will also use lighting
lamps so that I can use
coloured gells to add
effects to the lighting .
11. Ares I wouldn’t use
decision making
During my decision making process, I
decided to look at some other locations. I
took these photos for evidence but I
decided not to use them in my project as I
don’t think they would suit my needs. As
well as this people might be using the
fields and I will have to spend more time
signing consent forms if anyone is in the
background.
12. Weather checks
This seems
like perfect
weather for
my photos
as I want it
to be dull
and rainy. If
the whether
changes it is
due to be
the same for
a while.

13. Consent
This is a short video of myself and Maddie
discussing the aims and intentions and
making sure I have there verbal and
recorded consent of taking photos and
recording their voice, as well as uploading
the products on blogger and the internet.
