1. How to cope with Anxiety in a natural or healthy way?
Anxiety can become a horrible experience, especially when you are not in control of the impulses
and rapid heartbeat that takes over your body. Just imagine being out in public and this
overwhelming feeling of fear, worry, and doubt takes over your mind. You become isolated inside
your own psychological state of reasoning. The subconscious mind becomes a trigger to the
suffering of anxiety. GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) is the fears of being around people in society,
severe anxiety fears the past and future, OCD compulsive anxiety disorder (OCD) fears disturbing
thoughts that leads to ritualistic behaviors and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) is the disorder
some people experience after witnessing a shocking or terrifying event. All cases of anxiety have
some fear factor that leads to self-victimization, it’s like one’s thoughts become their own enemy. It is
a terrible disorder of constant pain with negative thoughts, it is not living but simply existing at the
very least. When you suffer from an illness such as anxiety (GAD, OCD, PTSD, etc.) you are
captivated in your mind and barely can cope with realty. How does one cope with an anxiety disorder
in a natural or healthier way?
I am part of the 40 million living in fear. I know through research; my fear is milder than others who
live in intense fear of life. I needed a solution that can overpower the doubts of life. I researched and
found many that will help ones’ control over this illness. There are brighter outlooks for what people
maybe experiencing and they help with understanding the disorder in a toll. We suffer with anxiety
one way or the other, my goal is to help people identify with their illness to gain proper treatment
through my findings.
The complexity of anxiety is tough and I want us all to know how to cope when prescription
medication is unavailable. Everything I found has been intact with this disorder. Although I would
love to explain how easy it is to live without medication, the truth is many suffering, are subjected to
prescription meds. Mainly because we all have different chemical imbalances. Our minds conceive
in various ways. Anxiety will take over at some point in life, being under control of the disorder is
vital. Most people suffering with anxiety are always searching for a purpose and cannot deal with
everyday life events Drug/ Alcohol abusers will argue that there is no way to cope with out their drug
of choice. Doctors will defeat the argument of drug/alcohol abusers and advise a positive way to
cope with the disorder in moderation of medication. People who smoke “pot” will explain how natural
and safe the substance is to the disorder. I know that marijuana is a natural substance that helps
heal anxiety disorder, but it’s a temporary outlet and not for everyone. If one is on prescription
medication, it’s great to stay up to date with your doctor and express the thoughts you feel. One
should not stray from medication if prescribed. Going “cold turkey” is not wise and will create havoc

Some will battle my findings, and the strongest disagreement against my neutral stance is the
church of Scientology. Scientology are against anti-depressants completely. They believe in their
own private practices. I believe their beliefs are not realistic to my findings and more of an extreme
way of living. (Travers)
There are many tips when coping with anxiety and one should not feel subjected to isolation or
abuse street drugs to solely maintain. Anxiety without medication is capable. It’s important to stay in
control always. Reading, writing, exercising and hobby tasking is a huge art of maintaining this
disorder. Many have relied on themselves to stay focus on their day without conviction. Most of us
are given different chemical up makes that transmits differently in our brain, therefore it’s always
good to know without doubt what disorder of anxiety one suffers from so its proper diagnosed. Most
people with anxiety have a task of trying to cope with or without medication. I found that there are
ways to make the situation better. Knowledge is the main concept in anxiety, when we know better
we feel better. Give positive purpose to one’s self and stay focus on living well and stay away from
doubt. People with anxiety are searching for inner peace and their reason of life. Sadly, I believe it’s
2. terrible to live as your own enemy. Stuck in a box that devours all credibility. My findings in my
research study, has projected into a neutral view, I believe in medicine in moderation and life tips to
control the disorder. I noticed that every case is different and complex to one’s own, so It takes
practice, self-worth, and gratification to achieve wellness. Medication is great to help with anxiety
disorder, writing in journals are helpful to keep up with your daily routines so you can relieve the
thoughts crowding the mind. I have tried to find the solution on my own. Keep in mind one needs to
stay goal oriented and find what triggers these attacks. Explaining your thoughts to a professional

helping one in need when dealing with anxiety. The only way to solve the condition is awareness
and expression to a doctor of your choice. Truth is, anxiety can lead to many tricks of the brain if not

want to live in a safe free world, awareness and proper diagnosis will began the process to this goal.
No one wants to feel lesser and no one wants to live in fear. Anxiety without treatment can become
self -destructing and possibly dangerous to others around. Iconclude to always take care of yourself
and seek help if needed. We all function differently and the key is to always express your feelings to
a professional to maintain control over the disorder.
