Sure beats the old Walkman!! The only thing that disturbs me is that t he
unit does not have a replaceable battery. By the time I need a battery, if I
am not able to hack a solution, it becomes a throw away. I don't like that
and did not realize it when I bought it. But, for the price it's still a good
value I guess. I guess I could finally die before the battery goes though
and that would make a whole different scenario.
My old 78s sound great on this thing after running them through a hiss and
scratch processor. Aint technology great? Charlie Chaplin sounds great
on this thing too! It is nothing short of astonishing!!! I can almost see him
dancing.
Great seller, shipped very fast, packaged well, but didn't receive any free
things with the purchase. That was a bit of a disappointment. Used to get
green stamps and a mug and stuff but I guess those days are gone.
