Work Assignments:-
Accommodation
 Build a contact database for all hotels in Qatar and liaise with hotels to provide special
rates for teams, National federations, UCI and LOC staff
 Act as the focal point for UCI Management Team for all accommodation requirements
 liaising with departments within the organization, e.g. catering or conferences,
transportation, Sports and relevant external parties
 Schedule site visits for National Federations, prepare their itineraries and accompany
them throughout to meet their requirements for the event.
 Manage all rooms and meeting halls booking for the National and International Media
 Identified all the accommodation requirements for the championships, explored the
options and file recommendations and reports to higher management
Inventory & Legacy
 Develop the RWC 2016 OC’s inventory management system with Database and Tagging
system in order to get immediate overview of the Organizing Committee assets. `
 Receive, tag, stock and keep track of the totality of Organizing Committee assets
 Release the totality of Organizing Committee assets to Qatar Cycling Federation and Qatar
Olympic Committee at the end of the project during the demobilization period.

 Manage the totality of the OC Cars Inventory (check-in/out, maintenance and traffic
violations)
 Managing stock levels and all requests for promotional giveaways and branding stock
 Prepared policy and procedure for Inventory and Legacy and design procedural forms for
uniformity and consistency
 Keep Record and Track all bump-in and out of furniture in all dedicated venues pre and
during the championships
 Facilitate the delivery of items to the required designated area
 Liaise with different governmental entities as Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Culture &
Sports, Qatar Olympic Committee
 Supervise a total of 32 staff members

Work Assignments:-
 Coordinate with hotels for all the requirements of federations, teams and Media
 Manage the rooming list of all relevant parties
 Supervise the daily check-in and checkout of all guests (2000 guests)
 Manage the special meal plans for the teams as per their requirements and manage the setup
of the dedicated catering areas
 Organize the meeting hall for Tour of Qatar press conference (IT, branding, catering)

 Checking and rectifying the enquiries received from various educational institutions for U.S.

 Obtain quotations from the Publishers for the enquiry received from the
Schools/Universities and submit quotations to the client.
 Follow-up of quotations submitted to the client for orders
 Follow-up of orders placed with the international publishers
 Co-ordinate with the Shippers based in U.K. and U.S. and advise them the mode of shipment
of orders delivered to them by the Publishers
 Claim shortages/damages, if any, received from the publishers.

 Prepare customs clearance papers and arrange customs clearance for all import shipments
 Arrange timely delivery of the orders placed before the start of the Academic year
 Monitor shipment of orders to Qatar, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Work Assignments:-
 Assist all divisions / companies to prepare documents for Export, Packing etc.
 Arrange a freight forwarder after taking 3-4 quotations from the market.
 Follow-up with the shipping company until the shipment reach the destination safely.
 Prepare customs clearance papers and arrange customs clearance for all import shipments.
 Arrange freight forwarder for import shipments, if required.
 Prepare all documents and assist all divisions/companies for all the new project
mobilization within UAE and outside UAE.
 Open import/export code for all companies and renew the same periodically.

deposit documents, duty exemption documents etc.
 Evaluate the Import/Export shipment invoices with the current contract and to get the
signature of the Base Manager and to handover it to the divisions accordingly.
