I think that the
game Resident
Evil 7 will be
similar to my
game because
on the picture of
it there is a
haunted looking
house and dark
colours around it
so then that will
also fit in with
my ideas. The trees around the out side of the picture
could suggest that you can go outside, that is
also one of my ideas to be able to go outside
into a dark forest and adventure out there.
I think that the
house looks
menacing and
thatâs how I will
want it to be
when the
character enters
the house to
see what it
inside it.
In the title it has
VII which is
roman numerals
for the number 7
to show which
one it is out of
the game
franchise.

more sinister feeling

The title to the game
fits well with the
game poster because
it stands out and its
not really normal for
a game to have a
white background
and a white title this
also makes it feel
more scary then
normally.
The black ghost and the gun he is holding stand out to
make it feel like the character is going to shoot
someone or something. The black objects and gun
stand out to make it feel less white and give it more of
a sinister feel to the poster.

âą What common features do the researched products have?
âą All of the games that I have searched are all horror. Outlast is a
popular horror game and is one of the scariest horror games out.
Resident evil is also a well know horror game. But the evil within,
people might think thatâs itâs a action game from the front cover but
some people might also think thatâs itâs a horror in a way that the
faces are against the white sheet and the black ghosts
âą What aspects of the research will you include within your on work?
âą The things that I like from the three game are that I make a scary
thumb nail, also how scary the game is from the building to the
characters. Also I would make it have a oddly scary font to the title
for the game.
