So we appointed a "Chief Listening Officer"

• You're not alone anymore
• There is a lot of help to gain : patients
• Start thinking in sócial nétworks.
• Doc's think they know, well : they don't !
• You scare us ! (non-realistic expectations)
• Think big, start simple, act fast but START
