Library External Review Visiting Team:
“We left Franklin & Marshall deeply impressed by its
library and the library’s staff. Faculty and students
speak glowingly about the reference and instructional
assistance they receive. They repeatedly praised not
only librarians’ skills and knowledge but also their
bend-over-backwards efforts to assist in any way
possible. ... And everyone we met speaks highly of
the library’s service ethic. ... The library staff is
devoted to the college, and the college appreciates
the library staff.”
