      contracted by an african government as Consortium project manager to implement

OBJETIVO DEL DOCUMENTO
The aim of this paper is to valuate the state of the art of feasible combination of HIS and ERP for
our customer, considering the peculiarities of his different business units.


(2 complex compound by 2 hotels, 2 residences, 2 pharma-commercial shops and 2 hospitals).
It has been filtered 17 alternatives, preselected 6 and finally presented a 3 HIS options short-list to be
integrated with the decided ERP solution, Mycrosoft Dynamics NAV to administrate the whole group.


Related with the results, please find attached, as following, the main contents included in this project :


        Document objective: define the TICS valuation purpouse.
        Methodology: identify the valuation hitos developed.
        Valuation process: define the general features of the valuation process that provide evidence of
           the different options added value.


   Market solutions alternatives: list of analyzed vendors for each identified system .
   Alternatives valuation: Valuation based on: general principles, HW, SW, time to launching, costs,
     eferences, functional coverage and compatibility with the ERP solution.
   Deliverables: Future system map of the group with the short-list proposed

 The exercise will be done for each solutions and lately we group results by blocks emphasizing the relative
 ponderation of the most important for the customer.
    For each functionality, we measure each one under 2 considerations:
          • Absolute coverage, the system cover or not the customer need.

    Once functionalities have been valuated and consolidated it is showed results for the different

For all the map systems it has been developed a vendor solution selection under the criteria of the customer bestprofile, to be adapted quickly, with the highest
quality and eficiency, guaranting the robusty and solidity required to cover the customer needs. In this sense the standard systems and RIS/PACS investment,
presence control, KPI, contact center, active directory, reporting, treasury it has not been initially valuated because there is a high dependence of the customers
preference and their development is also conditionated by external limitations like country telecommunications infrastructure evolution (Customer attention model,
security architecture for 2 hospitals, data model, diagnosys investments,…). The implementation of those systems will be tracked during Phase II.
