4. Mission Statement The mission statement of the Disability Services Office is to foster an accessible environment where individuals are viewed on the basis of their ability, not their disability. Loyalist College upholds this principle of service provision to all students with disabilities including deaf, hard of hearing, blind, low vision, learning disabled, ADHD, medical, mobility, acquired brain injury, autism/asbergers and mental health.

Acceptance Package Application Form for Disability Services Office will receive with Welcome Package upon acceptance to Loyalist Package from Disability Services Office upon receipt of completed Application Form, a package with the following information will be sent to student: Secondary School Referral Form Orientation information Reduced Tuition Fee Policy Online to Successful Learning course
7. Intake Process When do I contact the Disability Services Office? We encourage you to contact the Disability Services Office as soon as you are accepted What do I bring? All documentation eg: IEP/IPRC, psycho-educational assessment, and medical information Who do I meet with? 8. Learning Skills Advisors Role of Learning Skills Advisors Similar to resource support “go to person” Will create an Individual Service Plan (I.S.P.)
