 User requirements
 Windows: User running windows on their PC’s are able to access
these services regardless to the type of windows they are running.
Onlive supports all windows platforms ranging from windows
7, windows vista, windows xp and etc.
 Macintosh: Onlive supports all versions of Mac OS regardless to the
capabilities of the of the computer. It can run smoothly and
doesn’t need an windows environment to function as it should.
 Tablets: Tablets as one of the major technologies invented wasn’t
left out in the creation of onlive. Creators of this Onlive worked hard
into making onlive available in almost all platforms of tablets
regardless to their OS. Onlive supports android, IOS and all other
OS’s that is support edon tablets.
 Others: Onlive didn’t just end there. They spread their wings and
made this cloud gaming available on other devices like TV’s (with
the help of their newly invented console), blu ray players and
others.

 A form of gaming just like Xbox and PS3 which is mainly based on the internet. Unlike
Xbox and PS3, onlive doesn’t require any console. All that is needed is a fast internet
and a form of computer.
 When was it released?
 Onlive was launched and accessible to users in US on the 17th June 2010 and users
in UK on the 22nd September 2011. This is not fully available and functional to users
apart from the mentioned countries.
 What do you need to access onlive?
 As you would expect, onlive requires internet connection to function. The service
also requires a form of computing device which can access internet in order to
function. Onlive doesn’t require a large CPU and RAM capability as everything is
based on the internet so therefore what matters is your computer broadband
speed. All games are delivered in an HD quality of 720p.
