I was introduced to raw food after battling a serious illness 3 years ago which left me almost incapacitated, in bed most of the time, with no energy and so much pain I could hardly walk. Thanks to raw food, I recovered my health and energy and decided to become a chef and instructor to empower others to improve their health and wellbeing. I currently give classes, talks and workshops in Sacramento, cater for events, and am developing food products to sell.
