• If HACC Library does not have the journal
article needed, it can be requested from
another library.
• Allow 14 days (up to 2 weeks) for delivery.

3. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
Be prepared with information about your article.
•Title
•Author
•Journal/Magazine Name
•Date, Volume & Issue
•Article Pages
•ISSN

4. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
On Library’s home page,
click Library Services, then
Request Materials.

5. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
Enter your HACC ID
and PIN.

6. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
Choose Article
Request Form to
request an Article.

7. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
Enter ALL information
requested about the
article.

8. Articles via Interlibrary Loan
Continue entering ALL
information.
If there are any special
circumstances. For example:
HACC should own the item,
but the database had an error.
Enter this under Additional
Comments.
