• Specify assumptions about the user first
Who are our users?

• Two questions for each user scenario/task (Can the user easily find the Happy Path?)
Will the user know what to do? (Goal)
If the user does the right thing, will they know that they did the right thing? (Feedback)
NOTE: If we find a plausible story that the user will know what to do and knows that they did the right thing, we will not make any notes.

Responsibilities
As office manager you are responsible for making sure the company runs smoothly.
Your tasks include working with clients, doing light accounting, and setting up and
maintaining the company’s computers.

After the meeting the scribe will forward the annotated deck to the attendees.
