This session will review the success of in-sourcing the recruiting function at IMS Health and the journey that took them from an under-performing recruiting function that relied heavily on contract recruiters, RPOs and external agencies to a group that is a highly regarded client-focused operation. This all took place while the number of annual hires expanded by 35% each year as IMS Health added several thousand colleagues to their employee base. As a result, time to fill reduced from 88 days to 39 days on average, and agency spend reduced by 50%.
