An event can be a specific day, and on-going “week of…” or a special you are having for the month. You can invite your friends, this will post to your wall and anyone else that RSVP’s that they will attend and they can share it with their friends.
The more information the better. Ever gone to the store, saw something you liked and couldn’t find the price? Personally I put the item back and move on. Don’t make people search for information.
Upload an image that best represents the event. In description, use caps to emphasize headers and important information. There is no limit to the amount of information you can put here, so go for it.
This will post the event information to your Facebook page.
Invite people that are not friends of your Facebook by entering their email addresses, then click on each friend and add a personal message. I like to as those that can’t attend to share the event on their page to help promote it.
Here you can add pictures, post links to your website, add video and see who all is coming or not. Guests can also add comments here.
Events, pictures and status updates are ways to interact with your fans and generate new ones. When a fan comments on something you’ve posted it shows on their page, so their friends see what they commented on and have the opportunity to become a fan as well.
