How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts? Coherence and Continuity between poster and trailer I decided to use the same font for the film title on both my trailer and film poster as this would create a sense of continuity and the audience could easily connect the two media pieces. Therefore the marketing product would attract the audience to see the film.
How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts? Coherence and Continuity between poster and trailer This was kept consistent throughout the trailer and the poster as usually people are attracted to films which have been made by people who have already made successful films of the same genre. This would also suggest to the target audience that the product is also of the same genre.
How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts? Coherence and Continuity between poster and trailer I used the same credits and production company logo on my main product and secondary poster product. This was to create a more professional style and the coherency of the production logo meaning that the audience would recognise it and it could also make them feel more inclined to watch a film by a recognisable company.
How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts? - There isn’t much coherence between the poster/ magazine or the trailer/magazine. This is because the magazine would be owned by a separate company and therefore I would only provide images of the actors that I would allow them to access.  - So the characters pictures are quite coherent throughout the medias as they all show some part of the characters personality. Other than this, there is no main continuity between the magazine and the other two medias.
