The Center for Organizational Development was founded to address business and government development needs through customized training programs and consulting services. It offers programs in management development, leadership skills, personal effectiveness, and employee development to over 300 organizations in the Metro Atlanta area through a network of 250 instructors. The Center is committed to jointly developing learning objectives with clients to improve employee skills and guarantees client satisfaction.
