  6. Kenexa has conducted literally thousands of employee engagement studies and still we would be hard pressed to find a single one where communication wasn’t a high priority driver of engagement. Not only is communication important in and of itself, but it is also the first step in creating the sense of involvement and belonging that leads to engagement. Ineffective communication can be the source of so many problems. Effective communication can be one of the most important avenues for building strong commitment and engagement in the workplace.   How do we measure Communication?
