2. Nino Bravo
Nino Bravo was a famous valencian singer.
He was born the third of August of 1944 in a
little village. The name of the village was
Ayelo de Malferit, (Valencia). His real name
was Luis Manuel Ferri Llopis. When he was
young, he came to Valencia. When he was
sixteen years old, he started to work in a
jewelry. The name of the jewelry was Casa
Amat.

After that, he started to sing in 1962 with the
Hispanics, with his friends Félix Sánchez and
Salvador Aranda. They sang in competiTions
and once they won a competition, but after
that, the band dissappeared. Nino Bravo lost
his job, but he had a friend of the Superson
and he started to sing in that band. He sang
in the festival of the song of La Vall d Uixó in
1968.

He sang in the Principal theatre of Valencia.
Then he started to sing in Fonogram for four
years. He sang with Manuel Alejandro the
songs: “Como todos” and “Es el viento”. He
went to the festival of the song in Barcelona
with the song: “No debo pensar en ti”, where
he didn t win. The summer of 1969, Augusto
Algueró gave him the song: “Te quiero, te
quiero”.
5. Nino Bravo 4
“Te quiero, te quiero” was a song that
Raphael sang, Lola Flores sang and Carmen
Sevilla (an actress) sang, but it hadn t
success. With this song he was very
famous, but a few years after he died in an
accident. He died in the sixteenth of February
in 1973at the age of 28. Here you are some
songs of him: “Noelia”, “América”, “Esa serà
mi casa”, “Cartas amarillas”, “Libre”, “Un beso
y una flor” …
