Now, the first accelerated learning technique that you can try at the workplace is to a
little interior decoration of your cubicle or desk. You need to make sure that it is clear
from any clutter or any unnecessary things. Your brain will respond better and faster
when there aren’t any distractions. When your surroundings is clear, it would be able to
devote its time and attention to that important task that you need to do.
Another accelerated learning technique that you can try at the office is to do some
simple breathe exercises every now and then. When you are feeling a bit stressed or
you feel like your brain needs to recharge, take a few minutes off (you can do this
anywhere) and do some deep breathing exercises. Inhale and hold it for five seconds
and exhale. As you go on, increase the amount of time your hold your breath and
exhale. This will let more oxygen to your brain- it will relax it and improve its functions.

drink your water. It is important to stay hydrated because seriously, a dehydrated brain
