 User-Friendly Report- SCL
What We Learned in 2010-2011
   Every year in Kentucky, at least 400 people are asked
    how they feel about the services they get. They meet
    with a person who asks them and their families about
    how they are doing.
   This report shows how people answered some of the
    questions. The question is at the top of the page. The
    answers show how many people said yes and no. There
    is also a pie chart and stick figures.
   We use whole numbers (like 20% or 80%). People can
    use this information to talk about services. If you want to
    learn more, go to: http://nationalcoreindicators.org
