11. All Sponsors will need to provide their own table, tent, chairs, promotional items, marketing
materials, games, activities and booth staff (or ask for assistance from Game Plan Media).
All Sponsors and exhibitors are also encouraged to supply a door prize to Game Plan Media
for Raffle Prize entries (minimum value of $50.00).
Game Plan Media will collect entries and process.
Booth Exhibitors do not provide your own contests.
Raffle Prizes will be awarded by Orlando Metro Gymnastics Staff during the Talent Show.
