2. Presentations
Please note that these guidelines are for instructors, teaching
assistants, or program directors that are leading a group of
teams.
The following will show how to set up the back-channel for
leaving feedback on team presentations.
3. Dropbox Setup
An important step to take before anything, is to create a folder
in Dropbox where the actual presentation files will be saved.
Once you have created a Dropbox folder that all the teams can
save their files to, copy the “Share Link”.
4. Login to LPC
Now that you have the “Share Link” for the Dropbox Folder, you
should login to LPC as your FACULTY account.
(How do I switch accounts?)
5. 1. Click on Presentations
NOTE: This opens up a new window.
NOTE: This will open up a new window.
7. 3. Complete form
• You will need to input the
– Date of the presentations
– URL to the Dropbox folder you will have the teams
upload their presentations to (PDF, PPTX, KEY)
– Theme of the presentations (aligned with the LLP
Guide)
– Teams that are presenting
15. Guidelines
There are also Presentation Guidelines and Instructor Critiques
that we provide to help make the conversation more
constructive.
Teams and mentors only see Presentation Guidelines, while
Instructors also get the areas they should focus their critiques
on.
