from the adoption of Building Information Modelling?’
Yes. Will allow for tendering of government-led projects.
Yes. At a basic level if BIM is compulsory on certain projects
we will have to be able to deal with it to work on those
projects. At a detail level it should hopefully reduce delays
due to clashes.
Yes. The business case has been proved. Various case
studies have been published. The information within the
model allows for ease of costing programming and the
visualisation allows for more efficient and safer working
