Lambright flooring has been serving Michigan for over 45 years and has existed during that
time as a family run organization. In 1964 Jess Lambright started Jess Lambright Carpets.
His primary focus was on installation, but he did find time to sell small amounts of carpet as
well. To help him in this endeavor he enlisted the help of his three sons, Chris, Dave, and
Kim and the family worked together for over 20 years.
In 1988 Dave Lambright, with the aide of his wife Ellen, decided to take over the family
business. He shortened the name of the company to Lambright Carpets and under his
command the company expanded to include the sales of Carpet and Vinyl flooring for retail
projects. In 2004 Dave’s oldest son Reid decided it was his turn to take over at the helm. As
a young child, Reid was working on carpet jobs as soon as he could walk. Reid brought with
him many new changes including the new name “Lambright Flooring.” Throughout the last
five years he has worked hard to expand the company to encompass many new arenas. The
business now offers services in residential as well as commercial flooring and can manage
projects from 100 square feet to 30,000.
As the new owner Reid has managed to keep the family tradition going. Recently Dave was
convinced to come out of retirement to assume the position of President of Finances. Reid’s
brother Ryan also works part-time and will join the company full-time when he graduates
from college.
For three generations Lambright Flooring has been proudly serving Michigan. We value your
business and commitment to our company and hope to continue serving in this community
for many generations to come.
3. HARD WOOD FLOORS
Most of our hard wood flooring comes locally from Chelsea
Plank Flooring in Chelsea, MI. In addition to being
exceptionally crafted products these woods are kept to
strict standards of responsible harvesting and efficient
manufacturing to minimize the impact to our environment.
10. CARPET
CARPET
Many of our carpet products are supplied by Shaw
Industries, which is one of the top carpet manufacturing
companies in the United States. The Lambright family has had
a relationship with this company for many years and have
been consistently impressed with the quality products that
they offer, which is why we are happy to install them in the
homes or businesses of our clients.

CERAMICS
Ceramic tiles are a great way to add a custom look to any
part of your home or business. We offer a wide variety of
services including backsplashes, showers, mosaics,
fireplaces and custom installations. These tiles are crafted
to be resistant to stains, scratches and bacteria and are
available in a wide variety of textures, shapes and colors to
give your area a new and unique look.

Vinyl is a simple and affordable option for any flooring need
of any style or design. Vinyl is ideal for high moisture areas,

For a new and interesting feel we now offer cork flooring.

product is environmentally friendly and along with a great
look cork flooring also provides sound suppression, thermal

LAMINATE
Laminate flooring is a great choice for anyone who wants a

maintain. Laminate floors are offered in many different

ceramic finish. The four layer construction of laminate

REFINISHING
If you already have a beautiful wood floor but think you
could use a little touch up, we have just the solution. Our
refinishing techniques remove old coatings and finish to give
your room a fresh new look. We only use water based
polyurethanes, which have a low odor and are
environmentally friendly. We also utilize a dust
containment system to minimize mess during the process.
