Microprocessor based digital temp. Controlled Tissue culture sterilizer are fitted
with digital temperature/controller and the set temperature can be adjusted
between 250ºC - 275ºC by up & down soft touch membrane key pad. These

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) formerly referred to as high-pressure
liquid chromatography), is a technique in analytic chemistry used to separate the components
in a mixture, to identify each component, and to quantify each component. It relies on pumps to
pass a pressurized liquid solvent containing the sample mixture through a column filled with a
solid adsorbent material. Each component in the sample interacts slightly differently with the

Respirable Dust Sampler is based on the simple design standardized by USEPA for monitoring
the Total Suspended Particles (TSP) in Ambient air and also simultaneous sampling of pollutant
gases like SO2, NOx, CL2 H2S, CS2, etc. These gases are analyzed subsequently by simple
chemistry method to determine concentration of specific pollutant.
The IPM-115(BL/NL) Sampler first separates the coarser particles (larger than 10 microns) from
the air stream before filtering it on the 0. 5-micron pore-size filter, allowing a measurement of
both the TSP and the Respirable fraction of the Suspended Particulate Matter (SPM). It draws
the air by the help of high flow rate blower at the nominal flow rate 1. 4 cubic meters per
minute. As the air passes through the cyclone inside the RDS, coarse and non-respirable dust is
separated from the air stream by centrifugal force acting on the solid particles and collects
inside the sampling bottle. The size of this type of dust varies from 10 microns to 100 microns.
On the other hand fine dust whose diameter is less than 10 microns passes to the filter paper.

Particle Collection: Below 10 microns collected on filter paper and bigger than 10 micron will
be collected in a separate sampling bottle, through a cyclone separator.
Bower Motor: The instrument has a Brushless and Noiseless motor which has replaced the
conventional high speed blower which was belt driven and where carbon brushes were
required to be replaced at regular intervals. Therefore there is no need to keep track of the belt
& the carbon brushes.

and the work - space environment to analyze inorganic gases such as so2, nox. Nh3, cs2,
hydrocarbons, solvent vapor & determine suspended particulate matter as per the factory act 1948
amended in 1987-88 provided for regulation monitoring of workspace environment and exposure
of workmen to harmful pollutants and chemicals.
This instrument is small, light in weight, mounted in a compact aluminium case and is fitted with a
diaphragm pump, a rota meter and a pinch valve for flow adjustment. The instrument is a micro
controller based unit for timer operated function of the system. It comes with a digital display timer

Often while outdoor sampling, the gases are heated up because of external heat
from the environment. This causes the temperature in the gaseous sampling kit to
rise and the readings taken thereof can be erroneous if the temperature is not
maintained constant. Instrumex thermoelectrically cooled gaseous sampling kit
maintains the temperature within 15-20 DegC and hence the results of gaseous
sampling will be independent of the temperature variation in the environment.

STACK MONITORING KIT IPM-112 is designed to serve the most crucial purpose of measuring the total
volumetric discharge of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants from the stacks. This efficient and
flexible system samples, all gaseous stream effluents in accordance with the Air {Prevention and Control
of Pollution) Act of 1981 by which all industrial establishments have to measure and monitor emissions

LABSOL air showers are used before entering a clean room in order to blow off excess dust
particles from clean room personnel before they enter, to minimize contamination. Hepa
filters are used to decontaminate a room by filtering out particles greater than 0.3 micrometers

Fume Hood
LABSOL Laboratory Fume Hood is a ventilated enclosure designed to contain and exhaust fumes,
vapors, mists and particulate matter generated within the hood interior. Fume hood structures are
basically boxlike, with an open side (or sides) for access to the interior of the hood. A transparent,
movable panel, called a sash, allows the user to restrict or enlarge the hood opening. The hood is
connected, via ductwork, to an exhaust fan, usually located on the roof of the building in which the
hood is located. The exhaust fan draws air from the room in which the hood is in through the hood
opening and out through the ductwork. The speed of the air moving through the hood opening is
known as face velocity.

Ductless Fume Hood
Labsol double entry fume hood has two opposing sashes to allow demonstrations from either side of the
fume hood. Typical installations are on island casework or in a wall separating the classroom and prep room.
The sash counterweights are concealed in either sidewall, or alternatively in one sidewall to provide for a
viewing window or plumbing fixtures in the opposing wall. Due to the minimal baffling and uncontrolled air

Universal Testing Machine
Electronic universal testing machines are designed for conducting tests on various types of ferrous and non-
ferrous materials in (i) compression (ii) tension (iii) Transverse (iv) Bending (v) Shear (vi) Hardness and many
others.
The machine comprise of three main parts.
(A) LOADING FRAME
The Loading Frame consists of a central cross head whose position is adjustable through a geared motor
depending on the size of the test specimen. The lower table is carried by the piston of the Hydraulic Ram of
suitable capacity positioned in the cast iron base of the machine. The upper cross head is carried by four steel
columns fixed to the lower table.
(B) HYDRAULIC PUMPING SYSTEM
Hydraulic pumping system consists of multi plunger pump powered by a suitable motor operated on 415V,
3Phase, 50Hz. This pump gives a continuous non pulsating oil flow to the ram of the loading frame. Pressure
switch is provided for additional safety against over load. Release valve and load control valve is placed at a
convenient position for easy operation by the operator.
(C) ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL
It is a microprocessor based unit with a built-in interface for the computer. The panel consists of a load
indicator, elongation indicator and an output analog port for X-Y/t plotter. It has the facility for Tare, Peak Hold,
Auto zero, Auto ranging, i.e. automatic shifting of range from lower to higher after the load reaches the set limit
and reset button, Start and stop of transferring data to computer. The readings of Load and Elongation can be
transferred to computer through RS 232 port and can be online monitored.

Bomb Calorimeter LBS-BCM-205
For determination of heat combustion of organic matter and calorific value and sulphur
content of coal, solid and liquid fuels. The bomb has a capacity of 300ml approximately. The
bomb is provided with a high-pressure Schrader valve, which opens and allows filling f bomb,
by oxygen because of oxygen pressure from the cylinder. Each bomb is tested as per the

Deionizer (Digital)
De humidifier are water condensing type, base on "Refrigeration Cycle" to avoid use of
expensive chemicals required for desiccant type models. The unit is self standing and is
self standing and is mounted on a study angel irons frame, fitted with caster wheels.
Dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the atmosphere and it fitted with hermetically
sealed compressor. Heat exchanger and water condensed coil are made of copper. Water
