Details of the programme
Each partner are supposed to hold a formal opening ceremony including policy makers,colleagues,local
people parents etc.
All the participants are supposed to fill in the surveys before and after the meetings.
All the hosting partners are supposed to prepare the learning environment inluding the wifi connections
and the computers.
All the related logos must be put in the places where activites are carried out.
Tasks before and after the meetings
Partners who can not attend the Transnational Project meetings will then be be informed about the
agreements of the project meeting by the coordinator.
 Hosting organisation is supposed to send the programme of the events beforehand.
Hosting orgnisation is supposed to provide the photos and the videos related with the events by editing
them.

Details of the programme
Project idea and the project activities will be presented.
All the participants will contribute to one of the Intellectual outputs by carrying out questionnaires on
them and including some of them to the online learning platform.
Dissemination of the multiplier events.(Leaflets/Flyers/Bags etc.)
Profile of the participants
 All the participants must be outside of our organisation.We can include participants from other
public bodies neighbouring organisations etc.
 The participants must be over 18

Common Tasks
Common Tasks
 Each partner organisation are supposed to get EXPERT OPINION on the Travel Guide that the questions
will be determined with a common google document.The results will be collected and announced by
Mehmet Çelikel High School.(We should finish this activity until November)
 All partners are supposed to collect the diary of the project activities carried out in their organisation and
send them to the coordinator at monthly basis.
 The staff will be expected to organise their project activities fruitfully and reflect them to the project
coordinator via data collecting platform
 Each partner are supposed to collect documents,photos and videos related with the activities including
the mobilities,events and development of the Intellectual outputs
 Each partner High Schools and Tudas are supposed to include 20 pupils on Twinspace.
 Etwinning partners are supposed to carry out the activities on Twinspace on time
 Each partner are supposed to contribute in the related Intellectual Outputs
 Each partner are supposed to include a number of teachers to the online learning platform.How many?
 Each partner are supposed to carry out the dissemination activies.
 Each partner are supposed to provide the necessary documents related with the budget at regular
intervals.

 Each partner organisation will provide linguistic support for the staff who are going to take part in the
joint staff trainings colloborating with the English teachers at the organisation.
 Each partner will carry out interviews,surveys and questionnaires on the local people,the teaching staff

ZONGULDAK:
 To organise,develop and evaluate all the activities related with each phase.
 Collecting the project progress reports.
 With the help of the results of the Expert Opinion for Travel Guide ,determining the template of it.
 To collect all the necessary data of the outputs.
 Act as English proof-readers. Supervision of English activities.
 Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial
planning of the project.
 Creation of the Travel Guide
 Drafting the progress reports and the final report of the project.
 Facilitating the communication between project partners.
 Supervising the management of the project's finances.
 Supporting the organisation of the meetings and events related to the project.
 Supporting the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
 Assisting the execution of any other activity of the project.
 Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial

Activities to make our project public.
 Each organisation need to provide the local activity documents (videos,photos presentations etc.)
 related with the by editing them.
 We have already created a website of our project.The deadline for the last part of the translations will be
determined.
 Project Corner at each organisation.(We need to include the revised form of it after each event)
 We need to revise the project corner and include the photos of them in the diaries.
 eTwinners need to show the eTwinning activites to their schools and include the photos in the diaries.
 Dissemination of our project at local TV and newspapers.(We need to include them in our project diaries)
 Each partner will disseminate each project event in the local TVs and newspapers as well as our
organisations web site and procures.The necessary logos and the names will be includedin them.
 Meeting up policy makers to disseminate the project and get support.
 Each organisation need to arrange meet up a policy maker
(mayor,governor,headmaster etc.) with the project partners during the events.
 Presenting each local community to a European public.
 Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.
 At each time before and after the project events there must be meetings carried out with the parents.
 We need to include the photos and videos in the diaries.
 Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of
their children in a European Project.
 Social Media Tools(Facebook/Twitter/etc).
 We have already had our project Facebook and youtube account.(Each partner can upload the videos
and photos on our project social media tools)
 Articles ,interviews,press releases in the media and the visibility in the social media.

 Each organisation will disseminate all the project events and activities on local TVs and newspapers
 Contribution in the public events,the relations with the national and transnationla partners,the impacts
on regional,national and EU policy measures and the feedback from end users,colleagues,peers,policy
makers and other stakeholders.
 Production of eggs- the colorful information about the project and the outputs on them.
 Project will be included on the pages of the publishing of the magazines of each organisation.
 Usebility tests for the online game,interactive comics and the open access learning platform
It will be discussed after the creation of game.
 We need to make the videos of project activites and upload them to our youtube account
Certificates
 Formal Invitations –They will be achieved according to a certain format .At each time hosting
organisations need to provide them to the partners.
 Participation certificates – We need to create two for each participant.One will be collected by the
coordinator.
 Each partner organisation will do Europass in line with the procedures of their country.(There is a new
implementation for Turkey which is much easier than before)

 ASPETE and HACETTEPE will look for ways of providing to participants certificates on ICT trainings
Evaluation
 Communication between the partners: instruments and frequency. Collaboration among partners.
 Calendar: There have been some modifications in the dates of activities in order to adjust contents with
meetings
 Evaluation planning, monitoring and dissemination of the project

Surveys questionnaires especially during the multiplier events.
 Mobilities
After and before each event we are carrying out surveys via data collecting platform.
 Involvement of Educational Community, parents, etc.
Each partner organisation will try to inlude the parents in the project activities.There will be parents union
after and before the pupil mobilities.We also need to include the photos and videos to our diaries.
 Participation of the Teachers’ Team in the development of the project
Logo
 How to use logo?
We need to include the must use logos(erasmus+,European Comission,National Agency and the logos of
partner organisation,logos of eTwinning and our project) on every dissemination gadget as well as the
videos and photos related with the project activities.
 What are the rules of using it?
They will be used according to the certain template shown on the website of the National Agencies
website.

Impact
We are aware that all activities seek to achieve the followingimpact, (written in ourProject):
 Improvement of grades in English.
 Increased motivation to study foreign languages, especially English
 Improvement of Internet skills; improvement of interpersonal and cultural exchange
The expected influence this will have on teachers:
 Improved English skills
 Introducing new and innovative teaching methods
 Establishing contacts with staff of partner schools
 Making use of foreign language information sources to improve methods of work, integrating teachers
from various subjects involved in the project, strengthening a teamwork among teachers.
 Promoting language skills related to subject-based work.
 Opportunity to develop teachers’ respective approaches to implement in their classes
 The opportunity to exchange new teaching environments.
 Enabling staff develop cooperative learning and working autonomously
 Supporting policy makers on how to enhance the competences of teachers who should use ınnovative
technologies.
The expected influence this will have on the schools:
 Raising curiosity about the 12 Labours of Hercules.
 Enabling mythology included in the curriculums especially at the countries in which it is unprecedentant
 Increasing the prestige of the school by participating in a European project.
 Encouraging a larger range of curricular activities and multidisciplinary programming.

 Creating cruosity on the places where Hercules left his imprints

  • 3. 3 Learning/Teaching/Training Activities Number of participants: Catania : 2 staff Spain : 2 staff Desenzano :2 staff Janos : 2 staff Hacettepe : 3 staff Aspete :3 staff Turkey : 2 staff  6th Project Meeting in Hungary March/April 2017 Details of the programme Each partner are supposed to hold a formal opening ceremony including policy makers,colleagues,local people parents etc. All the participants are supposed to fill in the surveys before and after the meetings. All the hosting partners are supposed to prepare the learning environment inluding the wifi connections and the computers. All the related logos must be put in the places where activites are carried out. Tasks before and after the meetings Partners who can not attend the Transnational Project meetings will then be be informed about the agreements of the project meeting by the coordinator.  Hosting organisation is supposed to send the programme of the events beforehand. Hosting orgnisation is supposed to provide the photos and the videos related with the events by editing them.
  • 4. 4 Learning/Teaching/Training Activities e.Multiplier Events Revision of Calender 1-International Conference "European Citizens Facing Modern World Challenges" Romania November 2016 with 45 participants 2-A workshop Greece May 2016/October 2016 3-Three workshop on three different parts of the city run by the National Directorie of Zonguldak/ Turkey with 100 participants-Late in 2017 4- A convention in HACETTEPE /Turkey in 2017 with 100 participants Details of the programme Project idea and the project activities will be presented. All the participants will contribute to one of the Intellectual outputs by carrying out questionnaires on them and including some of them to the online learning platform. Dissemination of the multiplier events.(Leaflets/Flyers/Bags etc.) Profile of the participants  All the participants must be outside of our organisation.We can include participants from other public bodies neighbouring organisations etc.  The participants must be over 18
  • 5. 5 Common Tasks Common Tasks  Each partner organisation are supposed to get EXPERT OPINION on the Travel Guide that the questions will be determined with a common google document.The results will be collected and announced by Mehmet Çelikel High School.(We should finish this activity until November)  All partners are supposed to collect the diary of the project activities carried out in their organisation and send them to the coordinator at monthly basis.  The staff will be expected to organise their project activities fruitfully and reflect them to the project coordinator via data collecting platform  Each partner are supposed to collect documents,photos and videos related with the activities including the mobilities,events and development of the Intellectual outputs  Each partner High Schools and Tudas are supposed to include 20 pupils on Twinspace.  Etwinning partners are supposed to carry out the activities on Twinspace on time  Each partner are supposed to contribute in the related Intellectual Outputs  Each partner are supposed to include a number of teachers to the online learning platform.How many?  Each partner are supposed to carry out the dissemination activies.  Each partner are supposed to provide the necessary documents related with the budget at regular intervals.  Timesheets  Formal documents of the staff  Documents of the outputs  Each partner organisation will provide linguistic support for the staff who are going to take part in the joint staff trainings colloborating with the English teachers at the organisation.  Each partner will carry out interviews,surveys and questionnaires on the local people,the teaching staff at the organisations and the pupils.

Supervision of English activities.  Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial planning of the project.  Creation of the Travel Guide  Drafting the progress reports and the final report of the project.  Facilitating the communication between project partners.  Supervising the management of the project's finances.  Supporting the organisation of the meetings and events related to the project.  Supporting the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.  Assisting the execution of any other activity of the project.  Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial planning of the project.  Leading the eTwinning Activities  Monitoring and evaluating of the project data through the platform.  Assign, monitor and evaluate responsibilities per partner.  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of pupils on ITEC.  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of teachers on ITEC.  Developing activites during the meetings on the Labours as three of them have taken place in Turkey ;

  • 14. 14 Dissemination Activities to make our project public.  Each organisation need to provide the local activity documents (videos,photos presentations etc.)  related with the by editing them.  We have already created a website of our project.The deadline for the last part of the translations will be determined.  Project Corner at each organisation.(We need to include the revised form of it after each event)  We need to revise the project corner and include the photos of them in the diaries.  eTwinners need to show the eTwinning activites to their schools and include the photos in the diaries.  Dissemination of our project at local TV and newspapers.(We need to include them in our project diaries)  Each partner will disseminate each project event in the local TVs and newspapers as well as our organisations web site and procures.The necessary logos and the names will be includedin them.  Meeting up policy makers to disseminate the project and get support.  Each organisation need to arrange meet up a policy maker (mayor,governor,headmaster etc.) with the project partners during the events.  Presenting each local community to a European public.  Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.  At each time before and after the project events there must be meetings carried out with the parents.  We need to include the photos and videos in the diaries.  Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of their children in a European Project.  Social Media Tools(Facebook/Twitter/etc).  We have already had our project Facebook and youtube account.(Each partner can upload the videos and photos on our project social media tools)  Articles ,interviews,press releases in the media and the visibility in the social media.

They will be used according to the certain template shown on the website of the National Agencies website.
