   is to set awareness to others
   create a product which our customers will be pleased and satisfied
    with
   is called MULTI-ERASER
   is just like the normal eraser stationery but it has multipurpose
   that is Cleans pencil marks, Cleans pen ink, and Marker
    pen/permanent market
   fact it cleans anything that’s written on paper or on a whiteboard
   like a normal eraser but much better
 its components are exactly like that of an eraser
Which are:-
 •     Rubber
 •     Factis (a softener for rubber mixes)
 •     Sulfur
 •     Quartz powder
 •     Fillers

   discovered that the below chemicals are being used in cleaning
    hard/dry/permanent ink
   introduced the chemicals into the already existing on
   •    SD alcohol-40
   •    isopropanol
   •    Resin
Specifications:-
* The Left Hand side of the Displayed
diagram is for the Ink eraser.

* The Right hands side is for the Pencil
eraser.

* The Bottom is for the Marker Ink Eraser
and
this bottom part would be able to erase all
colors of Markers both temporary and
permanent.

Please note the Displayed Diagram as Eraser
can only work for paper Error’s.
   Our target market is going out to everyone
   and anyone can use eraser
   but the majority of the customers of the stationery shop are students:
   The primary school pupils
   They need it more than other groups of customers.
   Middle school students
   meanwhile, they have more pocket money than pupils
   Vocational school students

Non-student customers Include:
 School teachers
 Residents living near to the street
 Clerks
   Four marketing mix are very important
   I’m going to tell you why

   Product: - A product is seen as an item that satisfies what a consumer
    needs or wants
   when talking about product you also has to consider packaging
   It’s not about the packaging but more about the function


   Price: - The price is the amount a customer pays for the product
   price is very important
   The price should be able to complement the other marketing mix
   I have decided to sell my product for 3.50RM
   A lot of people might say it’s expensive
   No eraser has been made to clean pencils, pen and marker
   Place: - refers to providing the product at a place which is convenient
   the best channel distribution for our products which can be found in
    stationery shops, shopping centres, mini mart
   we will be selling my products directly l to the retailers and also the
    customers

   Promotion: - Represents all of the methods of communication that a
    marketer may use to provide information
   comprises elements such as: advertising, public relations, personal selling
    and sales promotion
   we will be focusing more on advertising in terms of fliers and billboards
    and also personal selling
    it is a very important to know whom and where u would like to promote
    your product.
   STRENGTH
   The eraser is the only one to serve the pupils and the students who
    need it especially for their study
   It’s easy and affordable to use
   Ability to sell product online

   WEAKNESS
   Competitors can offer similar products quickly
   Limited start-up costs
   High transportation costs
   Limited flexibility in pricing
   OPPORTUNITIES
   If my product is located within schools and company it will be a
    great opportunity
   Multi-Eraser shop can supply the demand of different levels of
    customers.
   Ability to develop additional stationeries

   THREATS
   There is going to be a new department store in the next street. I t
    Will supply all kinds of goods, including stationery. Maybe the
    prices of the stationery in this department store are lower than my
    Multi-eraser Product
   On-line stationery shops that offer discount stationery are attracting
    more and more customers.
   Other convenient shops will sell stationery as their by work in order
    to increase the business volume
   MULTI-ERASER is a product that is expected to rise over the years
    it is a smart and very good product
   and also I believe everyone will be fascinated by this product
   because of its remarkable function and turn out.
   Hopefully if it turns out well we will expand and not only sell
    erasers but other stationeries like pen, pencils.
