3. Introduction The HDDs from a production line are required to perform an operation test in a burn-in chamber for several hours. The calibration process employs a hybrid temperature recorder to measure the temperatures inside the burn-in chamber for a certain time. During the measurement period, an engineer has to manually monitor the printed out temperatures on the hybrid temperature recorder for error verification. 7. SRST The burn-in process is one of the test functions in the testing process. The HDDs are operated under stress at high temperature in the burn-in chamber for several hours. After a period of operation cycle, these chambers are required to calibrate for ensuring quality. A Development of Hybrid Temperature Recorder Monitoring System
8. Calibration Process The hybrid temperature recorder is employed to probe several points inside the chamber The temperatures from the probes are measured, recorded, and printed out by the hybrid temperature recorder for a certain period. During the measurement period, the engineer has to monitor the results at the hybrid temperature recorder periodically. A Development of Hybrid Temperature Recorder Monitoring System
9. Calibration Process Problem Problem When the errors occur during the calibration period, the engineer could not notify the results and solve the problems immediately. Because burn-in chambers located remotely at different locations in the production line. A Development of Hybrid Temperature Recorder Monitoring System

12. Requirement analysis The system should be able to Receive and record the temperature data from the hybrid temperature recorder at the central server through the wireless network. Display the temperature data on the server for monitoring in real-time. Plot the temperature data as the printed result on the hybrid temperature recorder during the calibration period. Configure the calibration parameters at the central server. Verify the received temperature data as specified in the measurement criteria. Alert when the errors occur during the calibration period. 24. Conclusion In this work, The problems and requirements of calibration process was investigated and analyzed at first. The results were carried out to the design phase and the usecasediagram was employed to express the scope of system. The class and sequence diagrams were also used to describe the system components and methods. The system prototype was implemented to use in the process for testing as well. In the future work, the temperature recording system will be developed, implemented, and integrated into the system for completion before delivering to use in the actual process. The system performance will also be measured and verified. A Development of Hybrid Temperature Recorder Monitoring System
